The M&A Source is the world's largest organization of middle market intermediaries. The mission of the M&A source is to promote member's professional development and interests to better serve their clients' needs, and maximize public awareness of professional intermediary services available for middle market merger and acquisition transactions.

The Source was established in 1991 to address the professional issues of merger and acquisition professionals. This organization currently has more than 170 cooperative intermediaries across Mexico, Europe and the United States.

Mr. Krick, Sunbelt Business Advisors' President is the only person in Nevada to have earned the M&AMI certification. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) is the larest international, non-profit association operating exclusively for the benefit of people and firms engaged in the various aspects of a business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions.
IBBA's cooperative business brokers and intermediaries can be found accross Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

The IBBA strives to create a professional relationship with successful business transaction advisors (CPA's, bankers, attorneys and others) to increase the image and value of the IBBA to its members and to be a leader in the exchange of business referrals.

The Nevada Business Brokers Association was cofounded by Len Krick, President of Sunbelt Business Advisors. Mr. Krick currently serves as Vice Chairman of the NBBA's Board of Directors.

The NBBA is comprised of Nevada State Licensed business brokers, who have current Nevada State Business Broker Permits. These members assist people in selling their businesses, in which they have worked hard to build and are usually their biggest financial asset. Our brokers and intermediaries also help people achieve the dream of owning their own business

Sunbelt Business Advisors, through its parent company, Sunbelt Business Brokers of Las Vegas, Inc., has been a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of  Commerce since 2000. The Las Vegas Chamber is the largest most influential business organization in the State of Nevada. Currently, the Chamber has over 6,000 members.

It's government affairs committee and "BIZPAC", the Chamber's political action committee is particularly effective as a voice and advocate in supporting political candidates and initiative that supports Las Vegas businesses and the local economy. Mr. Krick has participated in BIZPAC.
